DutyDrawback.ai (“we”, “us”) is operated by Ascension. This policy covers the website at dutydrawback.ai. When the DutyDrawback.ai platform is made available to you, a separate privacy notice provided with platform access covers the trade data you submit to it.
Contact-form messages — the name, email address, and message you enter when you contact us through the contact form.
Site analytics — if we enable site analytics (Google Analytics 4), Google collects pseudonymous information about each visit, such as pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location, and sets a cookie with a client identifier that distinguishes returning visitors. We see this information in aggregate reports.
Server logs — standard request logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps in the United States. Contact-form messages are delivered by email to our team through Resend. Site analytics, when enabled, are processed by Google. We share information only with these service providers and where required by law.
Contact-form messages are kept in our email for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and deleted on request unless we must keep them by law. Analytics data is kept under Google Analytics’ retention settings.
