DutyDrawback.ai (“we”, “us”) is an agentic duty-drawback platform operated by Ascension. This policy covers the marketing site, the customer portal, the REST API, and the MCP server at dutydrawback.ai.
Account data — name, email, organization, and authentication records when you register or sign in.
Trade data — import, export, bill-of-materials, and accessory files you upload for drawback analysis, and the analysis results derived from them. This data may include entry numbers, HTS codes, values, duties, and counterparty names.
Usage data — metered platform events (jobs run, storage used, API calls made with your keys), and standard server logs.
To run your analyses, generate reports and CBP filings you request, bill your subscription, secure the platform, and support you. We do not sell your data. Trade data is processed solely to deliver the drawback services you initiate.
Portal chat and analysis features may route content you submit through AI model providers under our agreements with them. Bring-your-own-endpoint configurations keep your model credentials server-side and are used only for your organization’s requests.
Data is stored on Microsoft Azure in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. API keys are stored as salted hashes; the full key value is shown once at creation and never retained in recoverable form.
We share data only with processors needed to run the service (cloud hosting, email delivery, payments, AI providers), with CBP when you direct a filing, and where required by law.
Trade files and results are retained while your account is active; you can delete uploaded files from the portal at any time. Contact us to close your account and request deletion, subject to record-keeping obligations that attach to customs filings.
